Anonymous usage data

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-first analytics tool, to collect anonymized page view data. This includes:

• Page URL and title
• Referrer (where you came from)
• Screen size and browser type
• Country-level location (not precise)

GoatCounter does not use tracking cookies for analytics. It does not track individual users across sessions. We do not use Google Analytics.

Contact form submissions

If you submit our contact form, we receive your name and email address. We use these only to respond to your message. We don't add them to any marketing list, and we don't share them with third parties.

2. What we don't collect

• No login or account system cookies
• No personal identification data beyond what you voluntarily provide
• No login or account system (no passwords, no user profiles)
• No social media tracking pixels

3. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links (primarily through AWIN). When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the merchant knows you came from AI Pickz. We may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate networks may place a cookie to track the referral. These cookies are set by the affiliate network, not by us. We have no control over how they handle this data.

4. Third-party services

• GoatCounter — Privacy-friendly analytics (EU-based, GDPR-compliant)
• FormSubmit — Contact form processing (we receive the data via email only)
• Vercel — Site hosting (standard server logs, no additional tracking)
• AWIN — Affiliate network (cookie-based referral tracking)
• Google AdSense — Display advertising (may use cookies; see section 7)

5. Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing

We may display third-party advertisements on AI Pickz through Google AdSense or similar ad networks. Ad partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to AI Pickz and/or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized ads at aboutads.info.

Non-personalized ads may still be shown. Advertising is separate from our affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We'll also note significant changes in our blog.
